Dagligen ser jag kvinnor med pluffsiga läppar och uttryckslösa ansikten, och deras näsor avslöjar inte deras arabiska ursprung. En av de mest populära sångerskorna heter Nancy Ajram, och för att sätta igång sin karriär började hon som 16-åring att operera sig. Kan du se att det är samma person?

Every day I see women with fluffy lips, expressionless faces, and with non-arabic noses. One of the most popular singers is Nancy Ajram, who started her career and her trips to the surgeon as a 16-year old. Can you see that it is the same person?
